FWB Partner challenge
STARTS SEPTEMBER 12, 2016
It's time for a partner fitness challenge! Are you ready? Starting September 12, the FWB Partner Challenge will start. For this challenge, you and your fitness partner will compete against other teams and each other for the highest percentage of body fat lost.
To help you along the way, I will provide you with some great tools and resources:
a month-long meal plan
a month-long fitness calendar
access to 2 of my bootcamps (virtual or in-person)
I will check-in with you weekly to see how you are progressing and help you along the way. I want to see everyone succeed and I am more than happy to coach you along the way.
For just $50 per team, you and your partner can prove that you have what it takes to win the cash grand prize.

All participants should post pictures and workouts on social media, using the hashtag #FWBPartnerChallenge #nodaysoff
For those who can't attend a bootcamp in person, there will be virtual bootcamps available as well.
