RICHARDSON

I am Moniek Richardson and I am a NASM  Board Certified Personal Trainer, Health and Wellness Coach, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  I have been in the healthcare industry for more than 10 years and have passion and love for health and fitness. I strive to motivate others to make lifestyle changes that help improve all aspects of their lives.  Through dealing with my own health conditions at an early age, there was no choice in the matter for me - my health came first and my life mattered. 

 

Anyone can work out but creating a healthy lifestyle requires a commitment to changing unhealthy attitudes and behaviors. This sets the tone to living a longer and healthier life. The road will not be easy but it will be worth it! To get the results you want, you must train hard, eat clean and keep the right frame of mind.
